I've spent 25 years working with businesses in Europe, Canada and the Indian Ocean, inside them, alongside them, and sometimes ahead of them. I've run digital projects that worked and ones that didn't. I've seen strategies that changed companies and strategies that were forgotten the week after the workshop. The difference was rarely the strategy itself. It was whether anyone agreed on the problem before jumping to the solution. That's what Kanimata is built around.
